In this video, my Sim lives at the Espiritu Estate in Strangetown. It is haunted by 3 ghosts, I got rid of one of them, and the other 2 are still there (see spoiler for the identity of the 3rd one if you are curious). In the video, “Mr. T” gets scared by a ghost, watches the yummy channel, dies, and temporarily becomes a ghost himself. Spoiler: The 3rd ghost is the maid. You will not know about that until you find out her personal secret by using the chat social game till her friendship level with you is maxed out. However, she is the only “friendly” ghost in the house as she is the only one who will not try to scare you as the other 2 do.

The gravestone is in the graveyard at the meeting house.
Go to the far right and find the secret [little spikey circular thing] pick it up.
then one of those graves next to you [i think its the third one] should be the ‘Nervous subject’
Go to Deadtree and enter the meeting house.
go past the benches and into the door at the left and go through the opening and you should be in the graveyard with all the zombies.
